By the way, there is a new coffee shop opened in Randwick called Cafe Japone (1 Canberra st. Randwick), which I can only describe as French-Japanese fusion, with very interesting menu & environment.
One of the best tasting coffee in Sydney (and I have tried many places).
They also play nice classical music and hold regular painting & art exibitions.

Thanks for reminding me I wanted to finish that post and I thank you for your comment. I would also recommend Fresh Ground cafe in Randwick, Belmore Rd near the bowling alley. Michael and Oscar are wonderful (Michael is ex-barista over at AllPress and one of the nicest blokes you’ll ever meet)
